Bridger Management LLC is the investment adviser to Swiftcurrent Partners L.P., Swiftcurrent Offshore Master Ltd., and Bridger Healthcare Ltd., and as such, may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the Shares. Roberto Mignone is the managing member of Bridger Management, LLC.
