- F1On February 6, 2018, Rosty Raykov was granted an incentive stock option to purchase 100,000 shares of the Issuer's common shares pursuant to the Issuer's Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan.
- F21/3 of the shares subject to this option shall vest immediately and may be exercised as of February 6, 2019 (the "Vesting Commencement Date"). 1/24 of the shares subject to this option shall vest immediately and may be exercised as of the last day of each month following the Vesting Commencement Date.
