In fact, as reported in this amendment, the Reporting Person purchased 977 shares of 10% Series A Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock ("Preferred Stock") of the Issuer, and not 977 shares of Common Stock. Subsequent Form 4s filed by the Reporting Person will include the corrected amount of Common Stock and Preferred Stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Person.
