Explanation of responses
- F1Represents 7,457 restricted shares of Class A common stock granted on July 25, 2016 pursuant to the Company's 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("Restricted Stock"). The vesting schedule provides that these Restricted Shares will vest and become nonforfeitable on July 25, 2019, subject to Mr. Konzmann's continued employment. The reporting person will be entitled to dividends and voting rights with respect to all of the shares of Restricted Stock in his Restricted Stock award including shares subject to forfeiture restrictions.
