Explanation of responses
- F1On August 4, 2016, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 with the Commission (the "Original Form 4"). The Original Form 4 included the issuance of 937,500 restricted shares of the Issuer's common stock to be issued to the Reporting Person upon repayment of a $356,250 promissory note. The Original Form 4 erroneously indicated that (i) the conversion price of the promissory note was $0.38 per share and (ii) the Reporting Person received 937,500 restricted shares of the Issuer's common stock. The Reporting Person received 868,902 restricted shares of the Issuer's common stock at a conversion price of $0.41 per share.
