- F1On October 22, 2013, the Reporting Person was granted Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) which were reported on Table II. The RSUs converted into Common Stock of the Issuer on a one-for-one basis upon grant, and pursuant to a deferral election under the Issuer's Deferred Compensation Plan were delivered to the Reporting Person on January 1, 2016.
