- F1The reporting person was granted shares of restricted stock units on 11/15/2016 under the Company's Director Compensation Policy and 2015 Stock Option and Incentive Plan. 33.33% of these shares will vest on 9/1/17, with 33.33% of the shares granted vesting on each of 9/1/18 and 9/1/19. The entire award will vest on 9/1/2019. The award is subject to forward vesting by 12 months upon a change in control of the Company.
