Explanation of responses
- F1On July 6, 2018, the Reporting Person was granted 2,108 deferred stock units. Each deferred stock unit represents the right to receive one share of common stock of the issuer at the end of the deferral period described herein. The deferred stock units will vest in four approximately equal installments on July 31, 2018, October 31, 2018, January 31, 2019 and the last day before the issuer's 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, respectively. The vested shares will be delivered to the Reporting Person on July 6, 2021, unless the Reporting Person elects to defer receipt of such shares until a later date.
