Explanation of responses
- F1On April 11, 2018, the Reporting Person entered into amendments to three separate 8% Promissory Notes issued to it by the Issuer and its subsidiary, Creative Medical Technologies, Inc. pursuant to which each of the notes was made convertible into shares of the Issuer's Common Stock. On April 11, 2018, the Reporting Person converted all the principal and interest owing under each of the notes into shares of the Issuer's Common Stock.
