- F1Marlin Management Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (the "Investment Manager") serves as manager of 4M Strategic Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, ("4M Strategic") and has investment discretion with respect to securities reported herein which are held by 4M Strategic. David Michael McGovern, a United States citizen ("Mr. McGovern," together with 4M Strategic and the Investment Manager, the "Reporting Persons") serves as manager of the Investment Manager. In such capacities, Mr. McGovern and the Investment Manager may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares of Common Stock held for 4M Strategic.
