Explanation of responses
- F1The performance-based restricted shares will vest on March 1, 2018. The actual number of shares vesting on that date will range from 0% to 100% of the number of shares listed herein, based on the Company's achievement of total shareholder return over a three year period beginning on January 1, 2015 and ending on December 31, 2017, relative to the peer group designated by the Company's Compensation Committee. The target number of shares to be earned is 50% of the number of shares listed herein.
