Explanation of responses
- F1Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") for which the Reporting Person is entitled to receive one (1) share of common stock for each RSU upon vesting. 1/3rd of the RSUs will vest annually on the anniversary of the date of grant, with the first 1/3rd vesting on September 18, 2027, provided that the Reporting Person is providing continuous services on the applicable vesting date.
