Phoenix Venture Fund LLC ("Phoenix") distributed 70,000 shares to Mr. Sassower on or about February 27, 2018. At February 28, 2018, includes shares held by Phoenix (1,021,775), Mr. Goren (1,659) and Andax (43,789). Mr. Goren is a co-manager of Phoenix and SG and shares voting and dispositive power over the shares held by Phoenix and SG.
