Explanation of responses
- F1This is a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant with a 4-year vesting term. The first 25% of this RSU grant will vest on January 31, 2017; and an additional 25% will vest thereafter on January 31st of each following year. On each vesting date, for each RSU vesting on such date, the reporting person will receive on share of Cavium's common stock at no cost.
- F2This grant has a 4-year vesting term. 1/4 of the shares subject to the option vest on the first year anniversary of the grant date and the remaining shares will vest monthly thereafter over the next three years.
