Each of HarbourVest Partners LLC, HIPEP V-Direct Associates LLC and HIPEP V-Direct Associates L.P. may be deemed to have a beneficial interest in the shares held by HarbourVest International Private Equity Partners V-Direct Fund L.P. and each disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of its pecuniary interest which is subject to indeterminable future events.
