Explanation of responses
- F1On May 9, 2014, the board of directors (the "Board") of Wizard World, Inc. (the "Company") granted a non-qualified stock option to Mr. Shamus to purchase up to 300,000 shares of the Company's common stock, which shall be exercisable at a price per share of $0.64 and shall expire on May 9, 2019. Such option shall vest in equal amounts over a period of three (3) years at the rate of twenty-five thousand (25,000) shares per fiscal quarter at the end of such quarter, commencing in the quarter ended June 30, 2014, and pro-rated for the number of days the member of the Board serves on the Board during such fiscal quarter
