- F1This amendment is being filed to correct an error on the previously filed Form 4 on 05/02/2017. Due to a clerical error, the original Form 4 omitted the reporting person's indirect ownership of units in ETP held by Energy Transfer Equity, L.P.
- F2The Reporting Person is Chairman of the Board of LE GP, LLC (the "General Partner"), which is the general partner of Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. and he holds an 81.2% membership interest in the General Partner. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, if any.
