Explanation of responses
- F1Consists of a restricted stock unit award made pursuant to the iRobot Corporation 2015 Stock Option and Incentive Plan. The restricted stock units vest (100%) on the first anniversary of the grant date. Vested shares will be delivered to the reporting person as soon as practicable following the vesting date, but in no event later than 30 days after such vesting date.
