Explanation of responses
- F1On March 5, 2015, the reporting person filed a Form 4 reporting the acquisition of 40,000 shares of common stock on January 29, 2015 by will or the laws of descent and distribution. Acquisition of beneficial ownership of those 40,000 shares had previously been reported in 2012, by reason of their acquisition in a joint account over which the reporting person held investment control. As such, the change in the form of beneficial ownership on March 5, 2015 should not have been reported and resulted in the "double counting" of those shares. This report corrects the aggregate beneficial ownership of the reporting person as of January 29, 2015, which will be updated in Forms 4 filed after the date of this amendment.
