- F2On April 10, 2014, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 which reported the acquisition of 66,000 restricted stock units (RSU), which was the maximum number of shares to be acquired based on certain milestones to be measured in the second quarter of 2017. On April 3, 2017, a committee of the Board of Directors of the Company determined that certain milestones as outlined in the RSU Agreement between the Reporting Person and the Company had been met during the measurement period of April 8, 2014 through April 7, 2017; therefore, 16,500 shares under the RSU agreement were deemed vested for the Reporting Person.
