- F1In consideration for accepting the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer of the issuer and pursuant to a letter agreement executed September 30, 2015, the reporting person was granted a stock option ("Option") to purchase 1,000,000 shares of common stock of the issuer which shall vest 25% six months after July 17, 2015, another 25% one year after July 17, 2015, and the remaining 50% two years after July 17, 2015.
