Explanation of responses
- F1On May 4, 2016, the board of directors made an award of 12,000 shares of restricted stock to Mr. O'Neill. Shares will vest in quarterly increments of 2,400 shares starting on March 1, 2019 continuing through December 1, 2019. A block of 2,400 performance shares may be eligible for vesting on December 31, 2019 based on the attainment of customer satisfaction goals. The stock has voting rights and will fully vest on an earlier date if a change of control occurs.
