- F1Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of ABCO common stock.
- F2The RSUs vested in three equal installments on October 6, 2014; September 6, 2015; and September 6, 2016 which were deferred to September 6, 2016; September 6, 2017; and September 6, 2018. Upon vesting, each RSU is settled by the delivery of the underlying shares of common stock or payment of the current cash value of the vested shares, at the discretion of the Company.
