- F1These shares were granted to Mr. Berman on April 14, 2016 in consideration of his appointment as a member of the Issuer's Board of Directors. Additionally, for a period of twelve months, Mr. Berman will be granted an additional 2,000,000 shares of common stock for each calendar quarter which he remains a Board of Director.
