Explanation of responses
- F1Represents the number of ordinary shares of the Issuer earned under the reporting person's 2016 front-loaded performance-based restricted share unit award, which vested in full upon the certification of performance goal achievement following a three-year performance period that ended on December 31, 2018, of which 50% will settle upon the later to occur of March 15, 2019 and the reporting person's termination of service with the Issuer and the remaining 50% will settle upon the later of the first anniversary of the certification date and the reporting persons' termination of service with the Issuer and subject to the terms of the award agreement. This number also includes the number of ordinary shares of the Issuer that are issuable pursuant to the dividend equivalent right under the terms of the award agreement providing for the accrual of dividends and deemed reinvestment in the form of additional restricted share units that vested and are payable at the same time as the underlying performance-based restricted share units.
