Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares of restricted stock units ("RSUs") issued pursuant to a Consulting Agreement dated July 24, 2026 between the Reporting Person and the Issuer (the "Consulting Agreement") and subject to the 2014 Global Share Option Plan. The RSUs shall vest as to (i) 50% of the award on October 24, 2026, and (ii) the remaining 50% of the award on April 24, 2027, provided that the Reporting Person continues to provide services to the Issuer pursuant to the Consulting Agreement through each applicable vesting date.
