- F1On September 22, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer determined that the performance conditions were met with respect to 1,031 of the 1,145 Performance Share Units granted to Ms. Scolnick on September 9, 2015. Achievement of performance objectives resulted in the Reporting Person earning Ordinary Shares in the amount of 90% of the Performance Share Units granted. The 1,031 Ordinary Shares vested on September 22, 2018.
