- F1Includes 269 Ordinary Shares purchased by the Reporting Person on January 30, 2015 under the Issuer's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Such acquisition is exempt from reporting pursuant to Rule 16b-3 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
- F2Ordinary Shares sold under a 10b5-1 Trading Plan adopted by the Reporting Person on February 13, 2012. These Ordinary Shares were sold in multiple transactions at sales prices ranging from $55.00 to $55.98, inclusive.
