- F1On September 22, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer determined that the performance conditions were met with respect to 36,494 of the 40,548 Performance Share Units granted to Mr. Mosley on September 9, 2015. Achievement of performance objectives resulted in the Reporting Person earning Ordinary Shares in the amount of 90% of the Performance Share Units granted.
