Explanation of responses
- F1On July 25, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer determined that the performance conditions were met with respect to 11,950 of the 47,800 Threshold Performance Share Units granted to Mr. Luczo on September 9, 2014. The 11,950 Ordinary Shares will vest on September 9, 2018, subject to continuous service through such date.
- F2On July 25, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer determined that the performance conditions were met with respect to 14,222 of the 56,887 Threshold Performance Share Units granted to Mr. Luczo on September 9, 2015.
