- F1On September 13, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer determined that the performance conditions were met with respect to 44,632 of the 79,700 Performance Share Units granted to Mr. Luczo on September 9, 2014. Achievement of performance objectives resulted in the Reporting Person earning Ordinary Shares in the amount of 56% of the Performance Share Units granted. The 44,632 Ordinary Shares vested on September 13, 2017.
