- F1On September 26, 2016, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer determined that the performance conditions were met with respect to 49,000 of the 50,000 Performance Share Units granted to Mr. Mosley on September 9, 2013. Achievement of performance objectives resulted in the Reporting Person earning Ordinary Shares in the amount of 98% of the Performance Share Units granted. The 49,000 Ordinary Shares vested on September 26, 2016.
