- F1On September 26, 2016, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer determined that the performance conditions were met with respect to 2,117 of the 2,160 Performance Share Units granted to Mr. Morton on September 9, 2013. Achievement of performance objectives resulted in the Reporting Person earning Ordinary Shares in the amount of 98% of the Performance Share Units granted. The 2,117 Ordinary Shares vested on September 26, 2016.
