Explanation of responses
- F1On October 31, 2013, the reporting person was granted performance-based stock options, which contain performance criteria and vest in three equal annual installments commencing after the first anniversary of the date of grant provided that the performance criteria are met for calendar year 2014. On February 27, 2015, after FIS filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K, the Compensation Committee of FIS determined that the performance criteria had been met, resulting in one-third of the performance-based stock options becoming exercisable on February 27, 2015.
