Explanation of responses
- F1On October 9, 2015, the Issuer executed a Warrant to Purchase Common Stock (the "Warrant") pursuant to which the Reporting Person acquired the right to purchase up to 17,500,000 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock for $0.188 per share. The Warrant was issued in connection with, and as partial consideration for, the Reporting Person executing a Personal Guaranty of Bottling Agreement, dated October 9, 2015.
