Explanation of responses
- F1On June 22, 2018, the reporting person mistakenly filed a Form 4 reporting a sale on June 20, 2018 of 1,100 shares of common stock held directly by the reporting person. That sale did not in fact occur. Rather, 1,100 shares of common stock held indirectly by the reporting person through a Family Trust were sold on June 20, 2018. Accordingly, this amendment shows the corrected number of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person (both directly and indirectly) following the June 20, 2018 transaction.
