- F1On 10/30/2013, the Reporting Persons acquired Warrants to purchase 12,500,000 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock for an exercise price of $0.08 per share. Following the Issuer's 04/15/2015 50:1 reverse stock split, the Warrants provided the right to acquire 250,000 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock for an exercise price of $4.00 per share.
