Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The RSUs fully vest on March 1, 2018.
- F2The shares are held by the Sharon L. Robinson Revocable Trust, dated July 19, 1996, the beneficiary of which is Sharon L. Robinson, the Reporting Person's wife.
