- F1This transaction involved a gift of securities by the Reporting Person to the Sharon L. Robinson Trust, dated July 19, 1996, the beneficiary of which is Sharon L. Robinson, the Reporting Person's wife. Ms. Robinson shares the same household as the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
