Explanation of responses
- F1On October 29, 2013 the reporting person properly reported a sale of 1,700 shares of Common Stock. However, column 5 of Table I in the subsequent filing made by the reporting person on May 6, 2014 and Column 5 of subsequent filings made on May 12, 2014 and January 30, 2015 did not reflect the sale, and consequently overstated the reporting person's ownership by 1,700 shares. This amendment corrects the amounts shown in column 5 of the May 6, 2014 filing. The correction also will be reflected in column 5 of Table I of future filings.
