- F1Represents shares of restricted common stock issued as a result of the conversion of performance-based restricted units, which were originally granted on September 30, 2014, and were earned based on the absolute share price appreciation of the Company's stock and the relative share price appreciation of the Company's stock compared to the S&P 500 index at the end of a three-year performance period.
