- F2Reflects shares of common stock issued and sold in connection with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors certification on March 6, 2015 of the achievement of performance goals under the 2014 performance share awards. 25% of the total shares awarded were issued as fully vested shares on or about April 6, 2015.
