- F2Performance Stock Units originally granted on August 11 2014. Units vest based on both service through August 11, 2017 and attaining the specified Company performance target. On January 28, 2016, the Company's Committee on Compensation and Talent Management determined that the performance target had been met at a specified level for the performance period.
