- F2Restricted Stock Units ("Units") granted under the Aetna Inc. 2010 Non-Employee Director Compensation Plan (the "Plan"). Subject to terms of the Plan, Units will vest in four equal installments on August 15, 2015; November 15, 2015; February 15, 2016, and May 15, 2016, with payment of the Units deferred until May 16, 2016.
