Explanation of responses
- F1This amendment is being filed to correct the previously filed Form 4 for this same transaction, which erroneously stated that the amount of shares purchased was 47,500 rather than 47,150, and that following such transaction, the amount of shares beneficially owned was 3,135,183, rather than 3,134,833. The overstated amount of 350 shares was also subsequently inadvertently included in the total number of shares stated as beneficially owned in a Form 4 filed on September 21, 2015.
