Explanation of responses
- F1Maxar Technologies Inc. ("Issuer") awarded 4,701 deferred stock units (each a "DSU")to the Reporting Person representing director fees. DSUs are awarded quarterly for director compensation. Each DSU is the equivalent of one share of the Issuer's Common Stock. DSUs were granted at a price equal to the closing price of the Issuer's Common Stock as reported on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") on the day before the date of grant and are paid out at retirement based on the closing price of the Issuer's Common Stock on the TSX on the day before the retirement date. Each DSU is fully vested on the date of grant.
