- F1Restricted Stock Units shall vest in four substantially equal installments on each of 08/15/16, 11/15/16, 02/15/17 and 05/15/17 provided, however, that if Ixia's 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is held prior to 05/15/17, the final installment will vest at close of business on the business day immediately preceding the date of such Meeting.
