Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted Stock Units for 7,949 shares vest and the shares represented thereby will be issued as to 1,987 shares on 08/15/15; 1,987 shares on 11/15/15; 1,987 shares on 02/15/16; and 1,988 shares on 05/15/16; provided, however, that if Ixia's 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is held prior to 05/15/16, the final installment will vest on the day immediately preceding the date of such meeting. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive one share of Ixia Common Stock to be issued and delivered at the end of the applicable vesting period.
- F2Option to purchase 15,000 shares vests and becomes exercisable in four equal installments of 3,750 shares on each of 08/15/15, 11/15/15, 02/15/16 and 05/15/16; provided, however, that if Ixia's 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is held prior to 05/15/16, the final installment will vest on the day immediately preceding the date of such meeting.
