- F1On October 31, 2018, the Reporting Person was granted an Option to purchase 10,000 shares of Common Stock. The shares underlying the option vest upon the Reporting Person's satisfaction of certain performance criteria. On February 19, 2019, the Issuer's Board of Directors determined the level at which the corporate performance goals were attained, resulting in the vesting of 620 shares of Common Stock underlying the Option.
