- F1Reflects vesting on January 22, 2015 of 35,202 Restricted Share Units ("RSUs"), each of which represented the right to receive one share of common stock upon the vesting date, and 16,168 shares of Restricted Stock held by Meritor, Inc.
Remarks
The reporting person retired as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company effective January 22, 2015. As a result the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of the Company and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
